November Sales are looking great on Bainbridge!

November sales are looking great on Bainbridge Island! Not only are the number of home sales up 24% to last year, but finally we can say we are seeing a trend in home prices improving-welcome news for many homeowners.

Bainbridge Island real estate inventory is at an all time low, both in single family residential and condominiums. We believe that many homeowners may be waiting to place their home on the market when prices improve as they may have purchased at the market high in 2006-2007.

With interest rates remaining so low, I believe that if you are considering selling your home, you may want to meet with a Realtor to see what your current home price may be and to review what is available for you in the market. Traditionally home inventory does begin to increase-right after Super Bowl Sunday. Start your planning and information gathering period now or in January to maximize market timing.
