Darcy has lived on Bainbridge Island for almost 30 years. She has a master’s degree in clinical social work,and now works as an organization professional, which is critical when preparing a home for sale. She is energetic, effective, nonjudgmental, and sensitive. Darcy specializes in helping clients downsize and collaborates with realtors and service providers to help facilitate the process of emptying out clients’ homes to help with a move and/or sale. From start to finish, she provides as much or as little assistance as needed.

Pattie Cloud

Real Estate Marketing Strategist

Pattie Cloud has worked in real estate marketing since 2003 as a graphic designer, photographer, and web designer, translating marketing and brand strategies into elegant solutions for print, social and digital media. Her company, Brokers Edge, is a real estate marketing agency specializing in comprehensive, integrated solutions for real estate agents and brokers. I have partnered with her to build individual successful marketing strategies for each of my listings, bringing the highest rate of return to each of my clients.

Marketing Coordinator

Anthony handles marketing coordination, graphic design, photo editing, and copyediting, with a direct focus on print advertising. He has a diverse background in professional photography, graphics, writing, and commercial printing that adapts perfectly to the everchanging real estate industry.

As a full time property management professional, Bobbi will find you the right tenant, for the best price, and make sure your investment is protected.

Kara Wyman develops digital marketing strategies and campaigns to increase online engagement, Search Engine Optimization, and brand awareness. She has a graduate certificate in Digital Marketing from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management & an M.Ed and a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
