Darcy has lived on Bainbridge Island for almost 30 years. She has a master’s degree in clinical social work, which was her first career. Her second career has been in organization, which is critical when preparing a home for sale. She is energetic, effective, nonjudgmental, and sensitive. Darcy specializes in helping clients downsize and de-clutter. She collaborates with realtors and service providers to help facilitate the process of emptying out clients’ homes to help with a move and/or sale. From start to finish, she provides as much or as little assistance as needed.

Highly skilled and very knowledgeable, Tracy Johnson ensures new listings are carefully reviewed for accuracy and MLS compliance guidelines. Using the newest technology, we include visual additions to assist out-of-area buyers so that they can view listings using virtual walk-through tools and 3D floor plans. Professional photographs and property descriptions are maximized in order to effectively engage potential buyers.

Anthony handles marketing coordination, graphic design, photo editing, and copyediting, with a direct focus on print advertising. He has a diverse background in professional photography, graphics, writing, and commercial printing that adapts perfectly to the everchanging real estate industry. When not digging through layers in InDesign, he is also a professional vocalist and opera singer, with a full-time chorus position at Seattle Opera. Regardless of the medium, art is his passion.
