Recently I had the opportunity to help some clients acquire a rental property in Kingston. This is our fourth time working together, as they continue to build their real estate investment portfolio.

To locate a good rental property, I look for homes that offer popular amenities that attract tenants and deliver the highest return on your investment. This property provided a unique opportunity with two separate rental units, two landscaped yards, and a fabulous location in downtown Kingston. Nearby amenities include restaurants, parks, and a ten-minute walk to the Kingston/Edmonds Ferry Terminal.
